We are heading down to Utah this weekend for grandma's funeral, and the little Bauer pup will be joining us. He has been doing really well with his potty training. We hung a bell on the door that he pretty consistently rings when he needs to go. He is 8 weeks old now, and supposedly puppies aren't supposed to have complete control over their bladder until they are 6 months... but i'm sure he will have it down before then. It just makes me nervous bringing him over to other people's houses, because I'll feel so bad if he pees on their carpet! but I am excited for the fams to meet him.



This is his little toy bucket we got him at the dollar store. He kept jumping out of it, so it was hard to take this pic.

Apparently my parents are going to start renting it out to people who want to spend a vacation there. So they have redecorated, and updated a lot of things. It looks GREAT!! :)



I can't wait to go back this summer!! wooohoo!

Here is our little guy!

Here's Bauer! He is such a cutie. When we first got him he was really timid and shy, but today he started to open up. He would follow us around EVERYWHERE and kept trying to nibble at our toes and fingers. As our neighbor Carley says 20 min of puppy play = 2 hours of puppy sleep, and she was right! He's been sleeping about 18 hours a day. He keeps finding the wierdest places to fall asleep. like right now he is sleeping in Jared's closet with his head resting on his tennis shoes. Earlier today we found him asleep in the crack of the couch underneath a pillow! He's been doing very good with his crate training, we only put him in when we are going to bed at night, and when we leave the house. but so far, so good! Hello Bauer!

Bauer! That's our new puppy's name :) You pronounce it like eddie Bauer...He's named after Jack Bauer from 24 :) :) we both LOVE that show. Anyways, this is what Bauer looks like right now! :) we get to take him home in a few days!
